I hereby solicit a service loan from the Oklahoma Conference of the United Methodist Church Foundation for United Methodists at Asbury Theological Seminary; which loan, if granted, will be applied only toward necessary education expenses. It is my understanding that I am to serve one year of full time ministry in Oklahoma Conference for each year of aid, after which time the service loan will be marked paid and, should I fail to return to the Oklahoma Conference upon graduation from Asbury Theological Seminary, this service loan shall become due and payable immediately and upon the terms specified by the Oklahoma Foundation for United Methodists at Asbury Theological Seminary at the prevailing rate of interest at that time.
